Mace, Contracting Officer, 301/415-7314, RoseMary Mann, Contract Specialist, 301/415-6595 The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with the Pennsylvania State University (PSU) for the further development, testing and documentation of the ''LINK'' code, which would link the RELAP5 and CONTAIN codes. The linkage code developed by PSU will assist NRC in the audit analysis of selected AP600 transients. Interested respondents must submit written capability statements demonstrating as a minimum experience in the development and use of a code that would link the RELAP5 and CONTAIN codes. Interested respondents should submit their written capability statement to the address shown above. Telephonic responses will not be considered.
