Kedney, (310)824-4358 The VAMC West Los Angeles, 11301 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA intends to procure a preventive maintenance contract for two Computer Systems, one being a cobalt computer model T-780. The services shall include, but not limited to the performance of a yearly physical inspection of both computer systems and all service calls as required throughout the period of performance. At the end of the yearly service, or service call the contractor shall furnish to the government a certification that both systems meet current manufacture specifications. All interested vendors who want to receive a copy of the solicitation must submit that request in writing with their complete name, address, telephone number, and a point of contact. The manufacture is Theraphan. The solicitation will be issued on or about 8 May 95. The period of performace under this contract is from date of award to Sep 95, with two (2) one (1) year options.
