Excell, (215)897-5363 The Fleet Industrial Supply Center (FISC), Norfolk, Det., Philadelphia, intends to acquire Non-Personal Contractor Engineering and Technical Services (CETS) by qualified Field Service personnel for the purpose of Informing, Instructing, and Training Department of the Navy Personnel in the Installation, Operation, and Maintenance of the SH-3H Aircraft, associated Avionic Systems and Special Support Equipment; and F-14 Systems and Equipment including AN/USM-429 (V1/V2) SRA Tester, AN/USM-175 EMTC, and AN/USM-484 HTS. The proposed procurement consists of two (2) Tasks: 22796 and 30719. The basic contract period for these Tasks is 01 Dec 1995 through 30 Sep 1996. The Tasks will also contain two (2) twelve (12) Man Month Option Years and One (1) Option Period from 01 Oct 1998 through 30 Nov 1998. This contract covers the Government's minimum needs. The solicitation will contain specifications for Contractor Field Service Representatives as appropriate. The place of performance for the Task will be at NAS Dallas, TX and NAS Jacksonville, FL. The applicable Standard Industrial Classification Number is 8711.
