GREATER ST. LOUIS SMALL BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY CONFERENCE The Federal Executive Board Small and Disadvantaged Business Opportunity Committee (SADBOC) will sponsor a Small Business Opportunity Conference on 02 May 1995 at Machinists Hall, 12365 St. Charles Rock Road, St. Louis, Missouri. The theme is Federal Acquisition Streamlining/Opportunities and Impacts. This event will be cosponsored by the St. Louis Regional Commerce and Growth Association, the St. Louis County Economic Council, McDonnell Douglas Aerospace-East, Electronics and Space Corporation, and the Missouri and Illinois Procurement Assistance Centers. The conference exhibitors will include major defense and civilian contractors and buying agencies. There will also be exhibitors from state and local procurement offices. Mr. Richard C. D.
