There will be provisions for a make up air unit for heating and cooling of the kitchen area of the child development center. A new structural platform and condenser with pad will be required to support the make up air unit. Also required: HVAC duct modifications, electrical branch circuit modifications, and any other incidental related work. The SIC code is 1711 and the industry small business size standard ($7.0 Million) are applicable to this contract. Estimated cost range: $25,000 to $100,000.
