pistol M9, 9MM. FOB is origin. MIL-Q-9858 inspection criteria required.
The contractor listed is a large business. First article test is
required. All or part of this action is an unfunded FY95 requirement.
Estimated issue date of this Solicitation is 050495. The proposed
contract will include a 15 percent option. The sole source contractor
for this proposed contract action is: Beretta U.S.A. Corp., 17601
Beretta drive, Accokeck, MD, 20607-9503 this acquisition will include
an Engineering/Tech data analysis. Effective 1 Oct 94 AMCCOM separated
into two new commands; the Industrial Operation Command (IOC) and the
Acquisition Chemical Armament Logistics Activity (ACALA). It is
imperative that special attention be given when addressing requests for
solicitations and BIDS/O ffers. Failure to properly address requests
for solicitations in accordance with this CBD notice will result in
non-receipt of the Solicitation Package. Failure to properly address
BIDS/offers in accordance with solicitation instructions may result in
a late bid which cannot be considered. Written, FAX or electronic
requests for Solicitation packages are accepted. NO telephone requests
will be honored. Requests for copies of this Solicitation should
include your Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) (if a CAGE Code
has been assigned to you) along with your name, address, datafax

Acquisition Information System (AAIS). All AMCCOM solicitations are
