Copies included in the special order program are intended to fulfil agency requirements for a copy speed up to 25 copies per minute (cpm), the minimum being 5 copies per minute (cpm). The contract will run for the period of October 1, 1995 or date of award, whichever is later, through September 30, 1996; with a one year renewal option clause. Anticipated closing date is June 13, 1995. NOTE: The MOL for the copiers will be $75,000 and for maintenance $25,000. Also offerors should be made aware of the new energy clause that will be added to the contract. Low volume copiers meeting the Energy Star guidelines should provide an automatic shutoff mode to conserve energy.
