Organizational Maintenance Shops throughout the State of Oklahoma.
These parts washers will be utilized for the cleaning of automative
repair parts. The parts washer should be a fully enclosed automated
system. It should use a waterbased cleaning/degreasing solution. It
should have a turn table that will handle a 400lb load and a minimum of
21'' diameter. The inside capacity should measure at least 28'' high.
The parts washer should be equipped with 220V, single phase, 1.5 HP
pump that will provide at least 23 GPM, at a pressure of 35 PSI. The
washer should be able to heat the cleaning solution to at least 160
degrees F. The reservoir capacity should be at least 25 gallons of
cleaning solution. It should also include an oil skimmer. The washer
should have a safety device that shuts off or prevents the machine from
being opened while in operation. Request that the unit also be
furnished with matching male/female electrical receptacles. The
proposed contract is being considered for 100 percent SDB set-aside.
Interested small disadvantaged business concerns should as early as
possible, but not later than 15 days from publication of this notice,
indicate interest in the acquisition by providing the contracting
office at UPSFO for Oklahoma, ATTN: OKPFO-PC Judith Bachman, 35335
Military Circle, Oklahoma City, OK 73111 evidence of capability to
perform, and a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially
and economically disadvantaged business concern. If adequate interest
is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued as
unrestricted without further notice. All responding potential bidders
shall identify their status as 8(a), SDB, ESB, small business or large
business. All parties interested in bidding this project must request
an IFB packet from the USPFO For Oklahoma, Attn: OKPFO-PC, 3535
Military Circle, Oklahoma City, OK 73111. A statement of work will be
