This is NOT a presolicitation notice pursuant to FAR Part 5, but is a MARKET SURVEY to identify sources for a ENERGY COOLER ASSEMBLY, NSN 5865-01-290-5836EW, P/N: 628426, applicable to AN/AAR-44. This Energy Cooler Assembly measures approximately 7.0 x 7.0 x 6.0 inches and material make-up consist of aluminum, steel, composites and discreet electrical components. The cooler assembly functions to house the energy detector assembly and the split sterling cooler, as well as primary and secondary amplifier assemblies. A solicitation does not exist at this time. This survey is for information purposes only and does not constitute an Invitation for Bid or Request for Proposal and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. WR-ALC does anticipates a requirement for this NSN. Potential sources interested in participating in this survey must provide a written response that includes Company Name, Address, Cage Code, Point of Contact, Phone Number, Size of Company, Statement of Domestic of Foreign Ownership, and a copy of your DD Form 2345 - Military Critical Technical Data Agreement.
