This solicitation is for (A) 418 each Riot Helmets with face shields and neck protectors, black in color. Helmets to be equal to or better than (``Brand Name or Equal'') Premier Crown Corp. Model AE333; and (B) 1,703 each Riot Batons with balls, grenade grips and leather thongs. Riot Batons to be equal to or better than (``Brand Name or Equal'') Monadnock Catalog No. 2154/balls. Deliveries will be total quantities split up between 12 Federal Institutions in the Western United States. Solicitation packages will be available approximately May 2, 1995 with bid opening approximately June 1, 1995. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered.
