The purpose of this notice is to provide updated information to all businesses with regards to the RFP which was announced in the 27 Feb 95 CBD notice. The revised tentative date for release of the RFP is May 31, 1995. Due to relocation efforts, the Reading Room located within the JITC facility (Building No. 57305, Fort Huachuca, AZ) will be available for use on 1 May 95 through the date set for receipt of proposals by appointment only. The Reading Room will be open from 7:30 to 11:30 a.m. and 12:15 to 16:15 p.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST), Monday through Friday, except holidays. Access to other areas of the building is prohibited. Reproduction equipment will be made available with copying limited to 150 pages at no cost. Prospective offerors are to provide any supplies needed during the use of the Reading Room to include copier paper if more than 150 pages are needed. A revised list of ``Applicable Documents'' that will appear in the RFP will be made available at the Reading Room. Offerors desiring an appointment to access the reading room may call Paula Jones or Lynette Scott at (520) 538-5028. The Standard Industrial Code for this acquisition is 8711 with a small business size standard of $20 million in annual receipts. There will be 60 days to respond to the RFP and a preproposal conference is scheduled to take place approximately 3 weeks after release of the RFP. The requirement is currently scheduled to be released under full and open competition with the ability to make up to 3 awards. However, the Government is seeking to establish whether a small busines set aside is appropriate for this solicitation. (101)
