objectives of this study are to : 1) Produce preliminary mandatory
product performance specifications for fiber composite (FRP)
prestressing tendons, anchors, and stressing attachments, and general
nonmandatory guidelines for manufacturers for their material content
and configuration. 2) Produce preliminary specifications (with
commentary), and guidelines for the analysis, design, and construction
of designated highway bridge applications using FRP prestressing
systems. 3) Produce recommendations for a follow-up full scale,
full-matrix validation program to lead to the adoption of final
analysis/design/ construction specifications and guidelines. To
