The principal objective of this research is to identify specific business practices that discriminate against small firms, assess their impact, and offer alternative practices. This information will be used by SBA in formulating agency policies. It is anticipated that the RFP will be issued O/A 05/22/95. The closing date for receipt of proposals will be O/A 07/22/95. Copies of the RFP will be provided upon written request only. NO TELEPHONE OR FAX REQUESTS WILL BE HONORED.
