The National Guard Bureau intends to procure supplies and services to support, design, and establish a network of Multimedia Design Stations. This network requires the development of crossplatform interactive computer based and CD-ROM training and information programs, and to stand as a test platform for ANG and Air Force Electronic Imaging (EIC) initiatives. The contractor shall ensure that ANG architecture effort conforms to DOD and HQ USAF/SCMV standards and can provide support to ANG, Air Force, and FAA computer based training initiatives. Tasks include conducting user interviews, reviewing requirement's documentation, performing analysis, acquiring, configuring, testing, and installing as required systems. The contractor shall procure all necessary hardware and software, integrate and test all hardware and software for compatibility and interoperability, coordinate delivery and setup, maintain warranty and relationship until systems are determined to be fully functional and operational. All responsible sources may submit an offer, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Solicitation will be 100% set-aside for small businesses. See Note 1. (102)
