The presolicitation notice for the Installation of Equipment, Install Energy Management & Control System/Various Buildings, SOL F41620-95-B0001, published in CBD issue number PSA-1285 on 16 Feb 95 is modified as follows: Issuance of a formal solicitation as a result of the response to the synopsis to identify sources has been deferred indefinitely due to Reese AFB's inclusion on the projected base closure list. Should this installation be removed from the closure list a formal solicitation will then be contemplated again. All firms responding to the origional synopsis for sources shall be included on a bidders mailing list, should one be issued. (0103)
