Transit Authority is seeking to retain a Consultant to provide
Unemployment Insurance Claims Function Services. The Consultant's
services shall include claims processing, claim auditing and control,
representation at administrative law judge hearings and unemployment
appeal board and management reports. The factors that the Authority
will consider in evaluating proposals are as follows: 1. Experience in
relevant areas, 2. Experience and Qualifications of assigned
personnel; 3. Cost Analysis; 4. Knowledge of overall requirements; 5.
Adequacy and Completeness of the proposal with regard to the work and
all matters called for in the RFP; 6. Project manning; 7. Data
processing capabilities and report generation capabilities. Contract
Term: Three (3) years, with an option to extend the term for an
