Morford, Code 210.10, Contracting Officer, 904/779-3297 This requirement calls for provision of 1,500 manhours of managerial, administrative and/or technical services in support of planning and execution of commissioning of the CARTER HALL (LSD 50). Services include providing technical advice for commissioning planning; attending meetings; planning, coordination and making recommendations concerning commissioning, logistics, transportation, protocol, social events, ceremonial events, and invitations; clerical support for preparation of the Commissioning Address Program and operation of the Commissioning Command Post; and development and maintenance of the invitation database. As a minimum senior technical advisers employed on this contract must have previous Naval experience, specifically in the administrative, protocol and management discipline areas.Performance of services will be on-site in Government workspaces located at Avondale Industries, Inc., main yard at Avondale, LA. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns.
