Provide Public Service Advertising (PSA) distribution, tracking, and analysis of long and short range planning of multi-media PSA campaigns, designing and producing PSA packaging, materials replication, list compilation, mailing of PSA materials, mail and electronic monitoring evaluating and reporting results of PSA campaigns. Contractor is not responsible for production of broadcast or print ads. Contractor must have current database for all TV broadcast and cable stations, radio stations, newspapers, and magazines and mst have the ability to update the database on a continual basis.
