XXI. The Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army (Research,
Development and Acquisition), Headquarters, Department of the Army,
announces the scheduling of a dialogue between government and industry.
The theme will be ``Force XXI. Vision for the Future: An Industry-Army
Dialogue Opportunity.'' The keynote speaker will be General Gordon R.
Sullivan, Chief of Staff, United States Army. Introductory remarks
will be made by the Honorable Gilbert F. Decker, Assistant Secretary of
the Army for Research, Development and Acquisition. The agenda will
consist of presentations by senior U.S. Army officers and officials on
topics related to Force XXI and include, the Army's Digitization
Efforts, Joint Venture and Reinvention of the Institutional Army,
Changing Resource Trends, and the Army's Modernization Priorities. A
Question and Answer (Q&A) session, and a conference ``wrap-up'' will
conclude the agenda. The meeting will be held at the Crystal Gateway
Hotel, Arlington, Virginia, between 0730 and 1200 hours on Friday, May
12, 1995, and will be co-hosted by the National Security Industrial
Association (NSIA). The meeting begins at 0830 hours. A lunch will be
served from 1200 to 1300 hours. Advance registration is desired. There
will be no refunds for cancellations received after 1700 EDT, 08 May
1995. Registration fee will be $80 for industry and $45 for government
