preparation and serving, housekeeping, sanitation, supervision and
management methods to provide Full Food Service at the Coast Guard
Dining Facility, U.S. Coast Guard Reserve Training Center, Yorktown,
VA. Annual number of meals averages 240,000. The proposed contract is
for service from date of contract award to 30 September 1996, with a
Government option to extend the period of performance annually for up
to four (4) additional years. Bid issue date is o/a 5/05/95. There is
a non-refundable charge for this solicitation. All requests for
solicitation packages must be in writing to the Contracting Officer
(fcp-b), USCG Reserve Training Center, Yorktown, VA 23690-5000
accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or money order
payable to the U.S. Coast Guard in the amount of $5.00; no telephone
requests for solicitation packages will be accepted. One (1) Pre-Bid
Conference/Site Visit will be held o/a 17 May; reservations must be
made through the Procuremet Clerks at (804) 898-2340. This procurement
is 100% set aside for small businesses. For the purpose of determining
size status, a small business is one whose average annual receipts for
the preceding three years does not exceed $15 million (SIC 5812). All
responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the
