SOLIITATION NOTICE-The Project is for the design and construction of two buildings, a two-story Training Center and a Vehicle Maintenance Facility. The work includes concrete masonry unit and structural steel construction, HVAC, electrical and telecommunications, associated site utilities, parking, landscaping, and miscellaneous site development work. This solicitation is planned as a source selection. The estimated cost is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Firm Fixed Price Contract. Contract duration is approximately 420 calendar days. The proposed contract is unrestricted. The Standard Industrial Code is 1542. The annual size standard is $17,000,000.
