The Environmental Protection Agency anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price construction contract to provide all labor, materials, equipment and services for the a Contractor to Prepare the existing floor to include grinding thoroughly, cleaned of all grease, dirt, dust or other foreign matter. The work shall be performed in compliance with all appliccable federal, state and local regulations governing this construction project.
