Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required to remove existing EPDM nad modified bitumen roofing systems from the Admin. Bldg. Remove all roofing felts, membranes, underlayment, insulation, flashing, guters, downspouts, and trim. Install new EPDM membrane roofing system on all roof levels to include insulation, flashings, gutters, downspouts, splashblocks, membranes, trim and sealants. The existing roofing system has been tested for asbestos containing materials and all samples taken are negative. All work shall be performed at the USCGC KANAWHA, Pine Bluff, AR. Est Range is $25-100K. This is an unrestricted acquisition iaw the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Act. Bid opening is on/or about 1 June 1995.
