Interested SDB concerns should, not later than 01 May 1995, indicate interest by providing to the above contracting office several references including phone numbers and point of contact from similar projects, a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern and a letter from your bonding company that they will bond this project. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued unrestricted, without further notice.
