Removal of pipe insulation, approximately 1505 linear feet, fiberglass insulation, approximately 8200 square feet, and approximately 1367 square feet of soil. Reinsulation of approximately 1505 linear feet of piping. The pipe diameters range from 4 inches to 3/4 inch. Between removal of insulation and reinsulation 30 days shall be given to the Government for repairs to be made. All work must be completed within 100 days and no later than 15 September 1995.
