This announcement is hereby being ammended to provide: that the control system software shall be ''GENESIS'' and ''GENNODE'' by Iconics and the statement ''Notwithstanding any other provisions of this contract, no other product is acceptable.'' This project shall provide a complete and usable pre-engineered maintenance building (10,000 sf) with repair, storage, admin areas, exterior wash pad, and associated site preparation work. Facility items also include: an oil waste containment system, a crane, local exhaust systems, and an exterior emergency generator. Site work includes: rail track removal, piles, facility road access, vehicle parking, utility service extensions (gas, electricity, wiring, water, and sanitary sewer), and any incidental related work. Estimated cost range: $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. This proposed contract (solicitation) will be issued as unrestricted.
