The NZE part cleaner vents. 24 lbs of Perchloroethylene per cycle, cycle is 70 min, temp is approx 250 degress F. The exhaust from the NZE Cleaner would pass through the carbon absorption tank; the activated carbon would absorb the solvent vapor and emit air at a mim or 97% free of solvent vapor presently being emitted. The purpose of the system is to provide on-line processing during production and desorption during downtime. the desorption cycle strips entrapped solvent from the carbon bed, and through a process of re-vaporization and condensation, returns the solvent to the NZE for reuse.
