Cesarone, (215)897-5697 It is the intent of the Government to place a DELIVERY ORDER with HFSI' FY-96 GSA SCHEDULE CONTRACT on a SOLE-SOURCE BASIS for HONEYWELL OPERATING SYSTEMS SOFTWARE PACKAGES for Honeywell Dual DPS 8/70, Level 6 and DPS 6/78-1 Computer Systems CE0369, TN5377, TN2320, TN2322, TN2327, NK1477. These systems are required by the Naval Education and Training Program Management Support Activity (NETPMSA) Detachment Memphis, Millington, TN. Operating Systems Software will be provided for the period 01 October 1995 through 30 September 1996. THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO ISSUE A GSA SCHEDULE DELIVERY ORDER to HFSI on an other than full and open competitive basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1. HFSI is the only responsible source who can provide the required SOFTWARE LICENSES. All responsible sources may submit concise documentation as to their ability to provide the required SOFTWARE LICENSES, as well as Financial and Technical Information, which shall be considered by the Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia. If no affirmative written responses advantageous to the Navy are received within forty-five (45) calendar days after publication of this notice, a GSA SCHEDULE DELIVERY ORDER will be issued to HFSI. NO CONTRACT AWARD WILL BE MADE ON THE BASIS OF INFORMATION RECEIVED IN RESPONSE TO THIS MOTICE. The Navy WILL NOT PAY for any information provided.
