NASA/Goddard Space Flight Center wishes to amend a synopsis that appreared in the January 18, 1995, issue entitled - COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT NOTICE (CAN). The original synopsis which stated the following: ''Participation in this program is open to all categories of organizations including industry, educational institutions, and non-profit organizations. Government agencies other than NASA, Federal Labs, and other Government-sponsored organizations are invited to participate; HOWEVER, NASA EXPECTS THAT THOSE GROUPS WILL BE FUNDED INTERNALLY'' shall be revised as follows: ''Participation in this program is open to all categories of organizations including industry, educational institutions, and non-profit organizations.
