Administration (NASA) will issue its Small Business Innovation Research
Program Solicitation SBIR 95-1 starting at Noon, Eastern time, May 9,
1995. Distribution will be by electronic transmission services or by

dial-in access for downloading the Solicitation and other SBIR
information. It operates up to 9600 baud, no parity, 8 data bits and 1
stop bit; the caller's computer terminal type should be set to ANSI or
VT-100; the BBS identifies several download protocols. The BBS is
available 24 hours each day of the week, but it is recommended that
downloading be performed when possible outside regular business hours
of 8:00 AM through 4:30 PM Eastern time, Monday through Friday.

Business Gold--NTTC Online, a BBS service of the National Technology
Transfer Center (NTTC) that provides access to information on federal
technology and research opportunities. It operates at the baud rates
noted above, even parity, 7 data bits, and 1 stop bit; the caller's
computer terminal type should be set to VT-100 or VT-102; the BBS

Solicitation may be downloaded from this on-line service of the Federal
Information Exchange, Inc., which provides access to information on
federal agency research opportunities, procurment notices, and other
topics of interest to researchers. It operates up to 9600 baud, no

Requests: The SBIR Solicitation and other program information is
available via Internet FTP for those with direct Internet access. The
server is CONEY.GSFC.NASA.GOV (IP address is 128.183.101.43). The login
is ''anonymous''; the password is ''guest'' or the user's Internet
e-mail address. Further information on down-loading, including
compression formats and file locations, is in the SBIR_READ.ME file in
the pub/sbir directory. Diskettes: Those requesting the Solicitation
are strongly urged to download it from one of the electronic services
described above. However, if that is not possible, a diskette
containing the Solicitation may be requested by U.S. Mail from the NASA
Headquarters SBIR Office, Code XC, Washington, DC 20546 or via FAX
(202) 488-7838. The request must provide the name and address of the
requester and specify a PC or MAC format for the diskette. These will
be distributed by U.S. Mail starting on May 10, 1995. Questions
regarding electronic access or other administrative matters should be

development and submission are contained in the Solicitation. All
