tel: 202-358-1588. The National Aeronautics and Space Administration
(NASA) is interested in receiving proposals for scientific instruments
for the Mars Surveyor Program: '98 Lander and Orbiter Missions. Only
a low cost, low mass, advanced technology camera is solicited for the
orbiter, while a full complement of instruments is solicited for the
lander. Participation in this program is open to all categories of
organizations both domestic and foreign: industry, educational
institutions, nonprofit organizations, NASA centers, and other
government agencies. A detailed description of the opportunity and
