Provide all labor, materiel, equipment, and supervision for the design of Project No. 622-96-100, Replace Building 2 Built Up Roof, at the Alvin C. York VA Medical Center, 3400 Lebanon Road, Murfreesboro, Tennessee 37129, including preliminary plan options, design development, working drawings, estimates and contract specifications. Architectural, electrical, and mechanical design disciplines will be required. Evaluation criteria will be as follows: 1) Specialized experience of the firm with the type of work required, 2) Capacity of the firm to perform the work within the time limitations, 3) Past record of performance on contracts with Government agencies, 4) Familiar with the area in which the project is located, 5) Geographic location and facilities of the working office, 6) Area of consideration for this project is within the State of Tennessee.
