No collect calls will be accepted 11 CONS/LGCA intends to negotiate on an unrestricted basis, a firm fixed-price indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract to purchase local area network support services for Single Agency Manager (Air Force/Army) customers located throughout the Washington DC metropolitan area. This includes installation, support and removal of computer hardware and software in temporary Air Force office space pursuant to Pentagon renovation. In addition, this effort includes site survey, engineering design, application software development and enhancement, architecture integration, reprocurement data development, hardware, software, and cable plant installation, troubleshooting and maintenance; network management; operational network support; server administration support; directory services; client administration; and security, training, quality assurance and technical consultant services. Prospective offerors are required to demonstrate and document strong program management skills to include extensive experience with work breakdown structures; Cost/Schedule Control Systems Criteria; development of data item descriptions and contract deliverables; and familiarity with the following compliance/reference documents and regulations: MIL-STDs-480A/881A/882A/1520C/1535A/2167A/7935A/9858A/13882A; DOD 5200.1-R/5200.28; AFRs 205-1/205-16. Top Secret clearance is required at time of contract award. The applicable SIC is 7379 and the performance period is base period with four one-year option periods.
