This acquisition is to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and supervision to perform automated base Publishing Distribution Office (PDO) and base Technical Order Distribution Office (TODO) services for Maxwell AFB and Maxwell AFB Gunter Annex, AL. The estimated period of performance is 1 Oct 95 through 30 Sep 96 with four one-year options. This procurement is in accordance with an A-76 Study. The Standard Industrial Classification for this requirement is 7389 and size standard is $5.0 Million. This acquisition is being considered as a 100% set-aside for small disadvantaged business concerns. Small disadvantaged business concerns MUST indicate interest in this acquisition by providing to the above contracting office, not later than 15 days of this notice, EVIDENCE OF CAPABILITY TO PERFORM including evidence of experience on similar jobs and a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern. If adequate interest is not received from small disadvantaged business concerns, the solicitation will be issued as a 100% set-aside for small business concerns without further notice.
