Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Ship Systems Engineering Station, is seeking expressions of interest and general information to determine the availability of contractors to test and evaluate the condition of two (2) Government Furnished Oxygen Generating Plan Electrolysis Modules Hamilton Standard Part Number SV-792305-1, serial number 00001 and 00002. This must include inspection of general condition; water flush; cross cell leakage test; performance; overall cell voltage; effluent hydrogen side water purity; effluent gas volume and purity; stack differential temperature and pressure and cell stack resistance. All testing equipment including analysis for water purity would be provided by the contractor. This is not a request for proposal and does not commit the government to the award of a contract. Any comments provided may/may not be included in a formal solicitation. The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this request nor will the Government compensate any respondent for any costs incurred in developing the information provided to the Government.
