Proofs, one set of laminated matchprint or equal color proofs and two sets of composed dylux proofs (one shall be retained by NCI). These proofs must be composite with all elements in the proper position. One additional set of dylux proofs shall be submitted flat and ruled to indicate the full press sheet imposition and all bindery trim-outs. Paper, Covers - 100 lb. white #1 dull finish cover, target brightness of 87. Inks, 4 color process and Black ink. Solid inks required, no builds allowed. Inks shall contain minimum percentages of vegetable oil in compliance with federal procurement mandates as follows: Heat-set litho/10%, sheet-fed litho/20%, forms/20%. Coating, overall gloss aqueous coat both sides. Margins, bleeds follow trim marks on furnished camera copy. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency.
