Single award term contract for the period June 1, 1995 and ending May 31, 1996 (with options) for Fort Knox, KY and Jeffersonville, IN. These specifications cover the imprinting of envelopes and crashprinting/imprinting/printing by letterpress of multi-part forms/cards/accountable forms (carbonless and carbon interleaved), folders, certificates, and miscellaneous items. Operations required are copy pickup, crashprinting/imprinting/printing stock/paper furnished by the Government, stock/paper supplied by the contractor, composition, packing or repacking and delivery. Approximately 325 orders, 1 to 4 items per order, usually 1 item per order, 200 to 500,000 copies per order. An occasional order may require numbering only. Trim Sizes: Various. Government to furnish: Stock/Paper will be furnished for the majority of the orders (approximately 314) orders. Camera copy, sample, xerographic copy or typewritten manuscript. Films.
