Contractor to provide the following External Educational Services to soldiers assigned to Army Reserve Troop Program Unit (TPU): GED Exam Preparation Courses in 1/2'' VHS video cassettes covering grammar, writing, refresher mathematics and mathematics; CLEP Exam Preparation Courses in 1/2'' VHS video cassettes covering American History, American Government, Introduction to Sociology, Human Growth and Development, Introduction to Accounting, Introductory Marketing, and Psychology; DSST Examination Preparation Courses in 1/2'' VHS video cassettes covering Calculus, Introduction to Business, Anthropology, and Astronomy. Education and work experience assessment for awarding college level credit with referral capability. Service will be a computer oriented package capable of analyzing military experience and previous education credit resulting in a recommended overall level credit hours towards a basic two and four year degree program. In addition contractor will correlate recommended college credit to external degree programs and colleges which assist customer in selecting the least costly institution for completing a two or four year college degree program. Monthly and quarterly reports must be provided. All services will be provided on demand from the customer until funding awarded by contract has been exhausted.
