Area of location shall be within a seventeen (17) mile radius of the U.S. Coast Guard YARD, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Curtis Bay, Baltimore, MD--Lodging requiremetns are for a minimum of four (4) and a maximum of sixty (60) rooms including single and double rooms. The lodging period may be from one (1) week to three (3) months. A firm-fixed-price requirements contract for one year with one option year is anticipated. Duration of the contract period is expected to be from approximately 1 July 1995 through 30 June 1996 with the option year beginning 1 July 1996 through 30 June 1997.--All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered by the agency.--This Notice is for Informational purposes for Minority, Women-Owned, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU), has a program to assist minority, women-owned and disadvantaged business enterprises to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related contracts.
