Provide a concrete foundation for sign, including excavation and backfilling. Provide a railroad-tie border/edging around the sigh. Provide computer hardware and software which shall operate the message center sign remotely from Building C-55 Housing Office. Provide power to the message center sign by replacing an existing transformer (including all required hardware fittings and supports), and extending new electrical service cable (overhead and underground, including all required excavation and trenching) to the message center sign. Provide telecommunications wiring to the message center sign by extending underground telephone cables to an existing telephone pedestal (including all required excavation and trenching). Provide backfilling and restoration of all disturbed surfaces, and incidental related work. The proposed contract is being considered for 100% set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should, as early as possible, but not later than 15 days of this notice, indicate interest in the acquisition by providing to the contracting officer above evidence of capability to perform and a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued as unrestricted. See Numbered Note 6.
