This project consists of cleaning, patching, priming and painting exterior of building 3454. The building is a 127 ft high 41 ft wide water tower enclosed by a CMU structure faced with stucco. The specifications do not require the contractor to deliver, use, store, or handle hazardous material at this Government activity. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. 1 Job. Deliver to Barksdale AFB, F16602 95 B0010. Anticipated issue date is 1 May 1995. Anticipated opening date is 31 May 1995. Performance time will be 90 calendar days. ``This action is being considered for 100% set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should notify this office, in writing, of their intention to bid on the project as a prime contractor as early as possible but not later than 21 Apr 1995. This notification must include a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern, evidence of capacity to obtain required bonds, and specific information which demonstrates the capability to perform projects of this complexity and magnitude.
