This project includes all labor, tools, equipment and materials to repair walls/bathrooms 900 area. Work includes but is not limited to the following: demolition work, installation of new finishes, renovation of bathrooms, renovations and alteration of electrical service, circuitry and lighting, installation of casework, maintenance and alteration work to mechanical units, and construction of a kitchen facilities. Work includes replacement of water closets, estimated quantity of 15 each, replacement of flush valves, estimated quantity 15 each, and replacement of fan coil units, estimated quantity of 15 each. Additive Bid items includes removal of existing drapery tracks and drapes, and installation of new vertical blinds at windows, substitution of carpet #3 (42 oz) for carpet #2 (36 oz) and installation of new return air grille assemblies at fan coil units located at the underside of soffits throughout the facilities in place of existing sheet metal panels and grilles.
