Work will be done on work orders issued for amounts and types of work. Offer will be a multiplier of the unit prices. Multiplier must contain offeror's overhead, profit and all other costs of doing business. Contract will be for roof repairs & replacements on various postal facilities at predetermined unit prices. Specific work orders will be issued for not less than $500 each nor more than $100,000 each during this contract. Total quantity of work under this contract will not be less than $10,000 nor more than $300,000. One or more contracts may be awarded at the discretion of the Contracting Officer. Evaluation factors in addition to price will be considered as follows: 1. Postal Experience; 2. General Experience; 3. Current Workload and Capacity. Contractor's failure to provide requested information will result in an evaluation of ''poor'' for all applicable areas not submitted.
