This project includes all labor, tools, equipment and materials necessary to perform asbestos and/or lead based paint removal at various facilities associated with McClellan Air Force Base. This project is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This contract will be for 5 years. The guaranteed minimum will be $25,000.00, with an estimated maximum of $5,000,000.00. Work includes the abatement of asbestos and asbestos containing materials (ACM), and/or lead based paint (LBP), lead based paint coated materials or lead containing coated materials (LCCM), and lead based paint debris at any structure, structures or parts of structures. The work is located at McClellan Air Force Base, McClellan Hospital at Mathur, the Lincoln or Davis sites, and/or Capehart Housing. Requests for solicitation sets shall be in writing to SM-ALC/PKXO, 3237 Peacekeeper Way, Suite 17, McClellan AFB CA 95652-1060. There is a non refundable charge of $4.00 for each solicitation set.
