This is not a presolicitation notice pursuant to FAR Part 5, but is a market survey to identify sources for a Honeycomb Panel Assembly, 1560-00-754-2907, P/N 9144846-10 applicable to the C-141 Aircraft. It is approximately 15 feet long, 24 inches wide and 3 inches thick. The core of the panel is made up of honeycomb and the inner and outer skins of aluminum alloy. This panel assembly serves as a pod covering for the main landing gear. A solicitation does not exist at this time. This survey is for information purposes only and does not constitute an Invitation for Bid or Request for Proposal and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. WR-ALC does anticipate a requirement for this NSN. Potential sources interested in participating in this survey must provide a written response that includes Company Name, Address, Cage Code, Point of Contact, Phone Number, Size of Company, Statement of Domestic of Foreign Ownership, and a copy of your DD Form 2345 - Military Critical Technical Data Agreement. Interested sources must also provide documentation showing capabilities and experience (brochures, literature, tooling lists, quality programs, etc.) Failure to provide requested information may result in your company not being placed on the initial source list when/if a request generates.
