The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Dahlgren, Virginia, intends to procure a mobile office facility consisting of two (2) semi-permanent units (modular trailers with axles and tires), which combine to provide a total work space of approximately 40' by 24' with one bathroom. Delivery is required to Oakland, California, within 30 days of award of contract, for transport aboard Government ship to Camp Smith, Hawaii. Drawings and complete instructions for Government assembly at Camp Smith are required. These shall include, but are not limited to: electrical schematics, physical attachment points, HVAC, and all elements critical to the physical assembly and operation of the units.
