Software package must be primarily a space trajectory illustration tool
that can accept and manipulate multi-resolution roster data of
celestrial body surface features. It must be supported user-friendly,
and menu driven. It must be able to input and output data in a variety
of orbital element sets. (Including classical and X/X-dot, coordinate
systems) (including earth centered inertial), ephemeris data, and 3D
wire frame/solid images files. Must be able to hosted on a modern
graphics-oriented workstation, easily produce animation and output to
VCR tape. It must be able to accept planetary data standard-derived
mosaicked digital image models of other celestial bodies and have an
