The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Coastal Systems Station, Panama City, Florida is soliciting proposals for a fixed price requirements type contract that provides the U.S. Navy support in the inspection, cleaning, repair, and painting of Airborne Mine Countermeasures AMCM Single Winch II, AMCM Multi Winch II systems, MK-104 Sweep Gear, Drum Assemblies, and various targets. The deliverables of this effort will be refurbished hardware with a projected turn around time of 30 days or less with delivery to the Coastal Systems Station. Offerors shall have an established MIL-I-45208A or ANSI/ASQC Q9002-1994 quality program as well as experience in welding and nondestructive test and inspection of equipment intended for use in helicopter environments. Detailed drawings of all components will be furnished with the solicitation. The period of performance is one base year and two option years.
