Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) has a requirement for engineering and
technical services in support of U.S. Navy Underwater Search and
Recovery Vehicle Systems, including (1) maintenance and repair; (2)
design, fabrication and installation of SHIPALT and Field Change Kits;
(3) logistics and material support; (4) depot maintenance; (5)
operations planning; (6) and factory training. The requirement is
currently being provided under Contract N00024-89-C-3312 with
Oceaneering Technologies, Inc., 501 Prince George's Blvd, Upper
Marlboro MD 20772. The total requirement is for approximately 125,000
hours of effort consisting of a ''Base Year'' and four separate
''Option Years'' of 25,000 hours each. A secret facility clearance will
