Sources Sought: This is not an RFP but a survey to locate potential sources for commercial off-the-shelf technical services and materials for instruction in the use of UNIX-based office automation. The functional support training area includes Applix Graphics (UNIX system only) application. DoD 1400.25-M, Appendix H, paragraph 2.c, provides authority for procurement of training through DD Forms 1556. It is estimated that up to 9,500 students will be trained over the next 12-18 months. Estimated start date is on or about June 1995. When submitting your capabilities, please provide your expertise and experience, as well as information on facilities available for training if conducted at your site. Materials and/or literature must be sufficient to permit Agency analysis in order to establish that the business actually has the capability to meet the training requirements. Materials must be received by the Defense Intelligence Agency at the following address not later than 15 days after publication of this notice.
